How to unlock every gun in Battlefield 4?
You'll unlock them by Leveling Up, you can check the required level for each gun in the Collection tab. You'll also find Vault Weapons there, from BF3 and BC2, which you can unlock by completing their respective assignments. Same with the guns from the previous 2 seasons.
How to get 338 Recon in Battlefield 4?
Kunlun Mountains – 1 weapon 338-Recon is under the bridge just before the large tower the player uses to take the tram down the mountain. Head down the catwalk on either side of this bridge and look for the opening right in the middle. The weapon will be there.

It comes with five HG-2 grenades, and a capacity of 150 rounds (with 300 in reserve). It is always in the hands of Terrence Sweetwater.
